A very interesting article about a proposed solution to the whole #software #patent mess. Actually I am not against patents. I think their original intention was right, but they got totally out of every reasonable logic and use. How can patent #trolls enforce an idea they even do not have an implementation off? Why did no one come up with this solution before?
