matrix bietet zwar viele Möglichkeiten für solche Länder eigene unabhängige Infrastrukturen für die Anwendungsseite aufzubauen, aber für den Zugang selber brauchen wir dann wohl noch mehr. Es gibt schon mehrere Projekte für eigene und unabhängige Netze. Diese müssen unbedingt erfolgreich werden.
