in reply to Free Software Foundation Europe • • •yes. And that's exactly the reason why you should _always_ choose source code distributed under the 2 Clause #BSD license and avoid the GPLv3 at all cost.
Edit: 3 clause #BSD license will do just as well as 2 clause.
