Doh. I was thinking the pentagram fedi logo instead of ActivityPub when I voted and I can't change my vote on Mastodon. The ActivityPub logo is a strong yes from me.
It's a good logo. Sure, it's not the latest and greatest and coolest design, but it does its job fine. It could benefit from some small tweaks, but that's all. There is no need for anything radically new.
I normally avoid reading the comments before voting so I can give a more "unbiased" vote. But maybe I should start scrolling a bit if only to avoid misunderstandings like this (I believe it's not the first time I've misvoted in one of your polls...)

in reply to Evan Prodromou • • •ouch, I should've seen the clarification before voting; like a few others I started thinking of the Fediverse logo
I think the ActivityPub logo is cool; we should probably use it more so that more people remember it exists 😅
(my "Qualified yes" should've been a "Strong yes")

So brand recognition is basicly zero. You could probably even make most people believe the mastodon one is the one. Or the fediverse one.
So yes, ask who knows the logo w/o looking it up. (I have seen it countless times, but everything has a logo nowadays, so it did not stick out)
(We need to work on that I think, brand recognition of some key components)
