Scaled down apparently and sadly a lot of noise. I guess the aperture isn't that great. Hopefully some software tweaking can get rid of the noise.
But definitely a weak point of the Jolla C and all SailfishOS phones currently.
My guess currently it is on par with the Jolla ones. (Or is it even the same camera sensor?)

It's also a 169€ device, just trying to keep everyone's expectations in check 😀

you're welcome 😀 will share more as I start using the device more and hopefully we'll have software updates/improvements to show as well!

Its an improvement from Jolla 1 for sure. But yeah even for 169 euros the camera has lot of scope for better pictures. Maybe it performs well in daylight, cybette has been brave enough to post only low light pictures here.

(1) It was a mostly indoor event. (2) it's Finland, and those few days were extra rainy 😛

But, midsummer is around the corner and I'm heading to San Francisco next week so keep an eye out for brighter (and probably better) pics!

haha, not sure about that, as I'll be at Red Hat Summit. perhaps there'll be more blurry indoor conference pics! 😛 but I'll try to get out and about (not just for pics but also for my own sanity)
