But new analysis from The Guardian suggests the data center emissions of Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Apple are 662% higher than the companies reporting.

Hi 😀​ um missverständnisse zu vermeiden. ich bezog mich auf die #whatsapp datenweitergabe aller telefon daten an #meta und weitere.
in offiziellen statements dazu habe ich in den letzten jahren nichts dazu passendes mehr gelesen.
ebensowenig eines klaren statements bezüglich der legalität der nutzung von WA im #business.

da stimme ich voll zu.
wie z.b. bei #whatsapp das die hochgeladenen daten aus dem telefonbuch direkt an #meta weiter gibt und zur profilbildung für den gesammten konzern nutzt, sowie an "partner" weiter gibt.
also auch von kontakten die gar kein #WA nutzen und die WA #eula, ohne sie verstanden zu haben, abgenickt haben.
