That's amazing! Curl is indeed everywhere.
Now to monetise it, charge 1€ for each device which uses curl - if only eh?
Just thinking, "smart" speakers would likely use curl also, I'd bet there's more that 50M of them.

@tdp_org yes! there seem to be around 200 million of those by now, so yeah they would probably make it into a top-10 today

Wow. What about POS terminals. Is imagine they use curl too.
It's never ending. Would be amazing to know what % of electronic devices use curl. I'd bet it's a high %.

I know Unity bundled curl ~6 years ago, and as far as I can tell it's still there (judging by the amount of "curl error"s thrown by UnityWebRequest that people complain about).

Unity's fallen out of favour lately, but I'd wager it has at least a few billion historical installations on mobile alone
