In der aktuellen ct-Ausgabe werden 18 unterschiedlichste Notizprogramme vorgestellt. Das von mir genutzte "Standard Notes" ist nicht dabei, aber ich bin nicht verärgert, nur verwundert.

In der Texteinführung heißt es: "Die einen nutzen Cloudspeicher, um Inhalte zwischen Geräten zu synchronisieren, andere setzen auf Datensicherheit und Privatsphäre, sie speichern nur lokal oder verschlüsseln wirksam." Genau diese beiden Punkte, die hier konträr dargestellt werden, sind die Paradedisziplinen von SN - zuviel des Guten für eine Vorstellung?

Für mich stellt der Artikel gleich zu Beginn nicht die richtige Frage: Wem vertraue ich meine Notizen an, also teils noch unsortierte Gedanken "ohne Schere im Kopf"? Ganz bestimmt nicht einer Software, deren Quellcode nicht offen liegt.

A very interesting article about a proposed solution to the whole #software #patent mess. Actually I am not against patents. I think their original intention was right, but they got totally out of every reasonable logic and use. How can patent #trolls enforce an idea they even do not have an implementation off? Why did no one come up with this solution before?
