Wonderful time at #RedHat Summit last week with the #ManageIQ booth, meeting community members and other like-minded people, doing demos and chatting about cloud management.

After #RHSummit, I took a one-day roadtrip up to #Maine, visiting lighthouses such as #PortlandHead and #WestQuoddyHead (which is at the easternmost point of US). My phones put me in #Canada because cell signal is very low in the area. Weather wasn't the best, but the little #NissanRogue was a joy to drive.

Oh and #swag. Lots of cool swag. #officialnerd #maythe4th

This month was Asia-focused (went back to Taiwan to see my family after Singapore). Coming months staying in Europe with the following events. In May, I'll need to venture back to US (first time under Trump rule...) Particularly excited about #fossnorth2017, with #AsteroidOS Florent Revest, #systemd Lennart Poettering, #nextcloud Jos Poortvliet and more! Plus first time in #Gothenburg for me :)

#ManageIQ has released Euwe for GA! Lots of improvements for #Containers Management, Public #Cloud Providers, #OpenStack, Service UI, and much more.

We also have a very interesting edition of "Last Week in ManageIQ" journeying through #middleearth

Amanda Lam (founder of #MeeGo and #Jolla community networks in Hong Kong) is in #Finland these couple of weeks, and over the weekend we visited several places that I've not even been to: #Nokia factory island (original Nokia HQ), Nokia church, #Iittala glass museum/outlet, birthplace of #Sibelius etc.

Also learnt that the first Nokia Oy HQ building, built in 1908 in the city of Nokia, is now for sale for 867k€.

On Monday I brought her to the #RedHat Finland office, which is the northernmost Red Hat office.

After the madness of May/June (3 trips across the pond in 6 weeks, organizing 2 major events), it was nice to slow down for a bit past couple of weeks and stay closer to home - just trips to #Berlin, Hämeenlinna and Suomenlinna :P Also took a week off work (longer vacation saved for October - again stateside). Up next: redesigning the #ManageIQ website, and attending a marketing course in August (where? USA! what are the odds...)
